How to process warranty:
The department in charge of this purpose is the Technical Support Service, which will verify the problem of said item through its review either by phone or in our laboratory if it is not possible by phone, having previously collected the item from the client.
In the case that said item, once checked by our technicians, is verified to meet the warranty requirements, the repair, replacement, or return of the product will proceed as soon as possible.
If, on the contrary, the item does not present any problem or said problem is caused by mishandling, it will be returned to the client and they must pay the collection and delivery charges as well as the verification and handling costs.
In the case that said item needs specific materials for said verification, the company reserves the right to charge for material costs, always notifying the client in advance, in case it does not comply with the warranty terms.
