Returns and Right of Withdrawal
It is very important that at the time of receiving the order, the customer inspects all packages. In case of any visible damage, it should be recorded on the delivery note that is returned signed to the delivery staff. With the signature of the delivery note, the customer assumes responsibility for the product. In curbside deliveries, the customer also assumes any incidents arising from the transfer to the interior of the home or its installation.
In case of hidden damage (not visible externally), it must be notified within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the order. After this period, EWHEEL MOBILITY, S.L. will not be responsible for damages caused during shipping.
Customers who purchase products through the store can withdraw from the contract without the need to justify their decision.

The maximum period to communicate the withdrawal is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. The customer must return the products in perfect condition (not damaged, not used, not soiled, and unopened), properly protected and in their original packaging.
Yes does not return the product in its original packaging, a handling cost of 6 € will be deducted.
Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly packed and sealed, inside a sturdy box that protects it during transportation.
Additionally, the customer must include a sheet inside the package with their full name and the order number, so that we can identify the return and process it as quickly as possible.
Additional Conditions

The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:
- Customized products or products made according to customer specifications.
- Products that have expired within the withdrawal period.
- Products that are not in perfect condition.
