Add to previous order

It is possible to combine a new order with a previous order, provided the following conditions are met:

- A previous order has been placed in the last 4 hours.
- It is not possible to add products to orders placed between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- Yes if these conditions are met, the system will automatically offer the grouping option. (Only one addition can be made)

Shipments outside the European Union

For shipments that require customs procedures at the destination, the customer will bear the derived costs, including:

- Settlements at the destination
- Tariffs
- Local taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Any other applicable customs or tax concept
