
How to connect to our API
Connect your website or system directly with the eWheel platform and access updated information through our API.
What is the eWheel API?
The eWheel API is an external query service via Postman/SWAGER service that allows our clients to connect their own website or system with our platform.
How does the integration work?
The process is simple:
- eWheel enables API access

The client or their technical team creates the Connector between their website or system and the eWheel API. - Real-time information query
Once connected, the client's system can query data (catalog, stock, and order management) directly from our platform via API (JSON).
⚠️ Important:
The API is not a module or plugin to be installed on your website.
Each client develops their own Connector to communicate with our servers.
Steps to request API access
1️⃣ Access request
You must send an email requesting API access including:
- API access request
- Client code (in the My Details section of the my account page or click here)
- Notify your salesperson
2️⃣ Access activation
Once the request is approved:
- API access is enabled.
- A personalized access token is generated within 10 business days.
3️⃣ Token reception
The token will be provided by your salesperson, and it functions as your access password.
What is a token?
A token is a unique access key that allows connection to the eWheel API and queries to our platform with a secure password.
